Olly Kendall got some interesting
data from the Police regarding some arrest statistics. Check out the article at the top of the page about the point that
‘there is no compelling evidence to increase the period for detaining terrorist suspects and further encroach on our civil liberties’. (14 days was already bad,
28 days is worse; we need to do all we can to ensure it is not further extended.)
